SCHEDULE

The "Hakka Fashion Awards" exhibition showcases 11 award-winning collections. Inspired by a diverse range of literary works—from poems of post-disaster rebirth to essays on rural life and rituals, and novels capturing Hakka women and heritage—designers translate these narratives into silhouettes, prints, textures, and colors. Each garment becomes a piece of wearable Hakka literature, presenting a stunning cultural translation. As creators across generations converse on the runway, Hakka culture steps into the future, closer to contemporary life.

Inspired by Anima and Animus, Yentity's latest collection draws from Carl Jung's concepts of the gender archetype and the inner opposite that reside within the collective unconscious.

Through clothing, the collection encourages a journey of self-discovery and personal exploration. We believe that wholeness comes from within, allowing garments to become fragments of the self, naturally extending one's individuality into a distinctive personal style.

Stylist & Style List

We embrace the idea that everyone can be their own stylist, creating a personal style list that reflects their unique identity and expresses their individuality through fashion.

Function to Fashion

This season features carefully selected functional fabrics sourced from leading Taiwanese textile suppliers, exploring the harmony between functionality and aesthetics while redefining clothing that seamlessly blends everyday performance with contemporary fashion.

DRESS CODE
The new Dress Code collection explores the balance between convention, freedom, and individuality.

Clothing is a language without words. Every dress code speaks to a certain identity and culture—a shared code that allows us to move between different spaces and occasions.

For Dress Code, Daniel Wong revisits military tailoring, formalwear, signature prints, and everyday dressing to question what it really means to dress for an occasion, and the culture, etiquette, and personal values behind those choices.

A dress code is not simply a set of restrictions. It begins with understanding the occasion, the relationships within it, and the role we choose to play.

This season explores the tension between control and release, focusing on the threshold between restraint and eruption. Beneath an outward sense of calm lies a force in motion—like water held level in a glass, always on the verge of spilling over.

Rooted in the traditional qipao, the collection draws on its relationship with the body—both shaping and restraining it. A collaboration with a 75-year-old master qipao tailor brings a deeper understanding of the garment’s craftsmanship, while contemporary design elements and Gothic lines transform its structure into a vessel for emotion and energy.

Openings, structural tension, and contrasting materials reveal an inner force gradually pushing through while still held in check. Rather than decoration, these details appear as traces emerging from within the body, suggesting emotion, desire, and pressure accumulating beneath the surface.

Moving between East and West, tradition and the contemporary, the collection captures a sense of energy on the verge of breaking free, yet never quite losing control—a tension that is at once elegant and unsettling.
