Taipei Fashion Week aims to connect Taiwan’s fashion brands towards the global markets. The organizers have scheduled business meetings with international buyers worldwide to build an interactive platform. Representatives from international channels are invited to create more business opportunities for Taiwan's fashion industry. In consideration of the international buyers who cannot participate in the event, virtual business meetings are organized for the first time for vendors to communicate with them online in the consolidated real/virtual marketing format. During this event, multi-lingual professionals (English, French, Japanese and Chinese interpreters avai l able) wi l l a s sist in the one-to-one business meetings. Additionally, theme shows and daily brand themes are streamed live for targeted buyers. Live broadcast rooms are available with bilingual hosts and models to present the latest collection.

Asia Fashion Collection is an incubation project produced and supported by Vantan Inc. and PARCO CO., LTD, in cooperation with Taiwan Textile Federation, Korea Fashion Association, Hong Kong Trade Development Council, SIAM PIWAT from Thailand to discover potential designers whose creations will be presented in Tokyo Fashion Week and New York Fashion Week. Talents from the 7th Asia Fashion Collection include aNANA tihsayim, ito, and KTOKA from Japan, Chalisa from Thailand, and SEANNUNG from Taiwan. Their collection will be showcased during Taipei Fashion Week.
